PeriFlux 6000 Combined
Equipped with noninvasive sensors, it captures a wide range of critical vascular data, including toe pressure, segmental limb pressures, TcpO2, and skin perfusion pressure (SPP).
Mounted on a cart with a built-in compressor and seamless DICOM/HL7 connectivity, this fully integrated system provides robust measurements that aid diagnosis and treatment assessment as well as facilitate longitudinal studies.

Intuitive interface
You can configure PeriFlux 6000 Combined to match your measurement needs by choosing from the full list of available exams. The user interface guides you through the entire measurement process.
For pressure measurements, a flag appears when the system identifies the point of blood flow return following an occlusion. You can manually adjust the flag’s position if needed.
Once you’ve finished measuring, all the data is collected in a comprehensive report, which can be securely transferred to other systems via DICOM/HL7.

Thermostatic laser Doppler probes
Our noninvasive thermostatic laser Doppler (LD) probes help standardize perfusion measurements by heating the measurement site to 40°C. Heating the skin in this systematic way results in more sensitive measurements than PPG, and lowers measurement variability caused by underlying conditions such as ischemia, which tends to be accompanied by cold feet. Clark electrodes
Our system uses Clark-type electrodes to measure TcpO2. These sensors are noninvasive and are placed on the body with self-adhesive (single-use) fixation rings. The electrode heats the measurement site to encourage any available oxygen in the microcirculation to diffuse through the skin.

Laser Doppler probes for skin perfusion pressure
Our laser Doppler probes for SPP are noninvasive and easily placed on the measurement site using double-sided tape.
For accurate SPP readings, cuffs should be placed so that the SPP probe is in the middle of the cuff.

Clinical applications
PeriFlux 6000 Combined delivers a comprehensive range of macro- and microcirculation insights that can be used to assess patients with conditions such as peripheral artery disease (PAD), diabetic foot ulcer (DFU), and amputation risk.
Our typical customers include wound centers, vascular clinics, clinical research centers, and hyperbaric oxygen units, who use our solutions to assess patient eligibility and treatment effectiveness. TcpO2 with an oxygen challenge, for example, is often used in hyperbaric medicine to determine if HBOT would be effective. Both TcpO2 and SPP can be used to assess wound-healing potential, together with toe and ankle pressures. PeriFlux 6000 Combined offers all exams in a single solution.
